Beauty icons Ruby Hammer and Millie Kendall have created a make-up line with a difference for teen brand Scarlett and Crimson. Launched only in September this year, it’s the first make-up line especially designed for teen girls and young women. It’s very easy for teens to associate themselves with the two cartoon characters who champion self-expression, individuality, creativity and friendship.
